Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced QA Lead with a passion for Agile, automation, and team mentoring. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions across web, mobile, and APIs.
You’ll lead QA efforts, define test strategies, and be hands-on with manual and automated testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in QA Lead roles in enterprise settings
- Strong in test automation (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
- Experience in Java or Python for automation
- Skilled in testing REST APIs, web apps, and mobile platforms
- Agile/Scrum and DevOps (CI/CD) familiarity
- Expertise in test strategy, defect management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Azure
- Financial services or superannuation experience (preferred)
