Our client is an established Australian fund manager that empowers financial advisers to deliver on their clients’ investment objectives. They do this by partnering with advisers to provide access to a truly universal offering including global investments, contemporary investment solutions, and unique insight to a range of investment options.
The firm is seeking a motivated individual that will work closely with senior distribution executives working across a range of activities that deepen existing Financial Adviser and Dealer Group relationships across the business as well as assisting with new business opportunities.
You will be a key contact for a broad spectrum of clients, managing & delivering projects and operational outcomes. You will be passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with your customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling queries, develop and maintain key relationships with intermediary clients; from Financial Planners to dealer groups
- Managing client onboarding and proactively seek out operational solutions in support of advisors and their clients, from trading requirements to settlement follow ups, handling placements and sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of key account strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
- A passion for relationship management and demonstrate strong client presentation skills
- A willing attitude to learn and motivation for results
- Knowledge of investment and superannuation platforms and financial planning software will be highly regarded
- 2 - 5 years suitable and relevant industry experience
- Experience as a DA or financial adviser with a few years experience would be highly desirable
