About the Role
Profusion has partnered with a leading Wealth Management Platform looking to add a Relationship Manager to their Adviser Services team in Sydney. The firm offers a comprehensive product suite spanning wealth management and managed account solutions. This role will cover a broad range of distribution responsibilities including deepening existing adviser relationships, managing client outcomes, and supporting new business opportunities nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers and dealer groups
- Manage and deliver projects and operational outcomes, working closely with senior origination executives to support new business nationally
- Help clients grow their knowledge and usage of the wealth management product suite to deepen engagement and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, product, and compliance specialists to deliver a high standard of client service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while contributing strategic thought leadership within the distribution team
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, client services, and/or financial advice
- Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products
- Results-driven with excellent presentation skills, strategic thinking ability, and a genuine passion for client outcomes
