My client is a fast growing, forward-thinking lending business focused on delivering fast, flexible finance solutions across both commercial and consumer markets.

With a strong emphasis on customer experience, innovation, and broker partnerships, we are expanding our footprint and building a high-performing team to support the next phase of growth.

Role Purpose:

Drive growth across commercial asset finance and OR consumer lending by combining relationship-led business development with efficient, high-volume deal execution across SME and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with business clients, brokers, dealers and introducers
  • Originate, structure and deliver asset finance and consumer lending solutions
  • Manage end-to-end applications from lead through to approval and settlement
  • Analyse commercial financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to support credit outcomes
  • Assess consumer applications in line with lending policy and affordability requirements
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline across both commercial and consumer opportunities
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
Commercial/Asset: Equipment and vehicle finance, asset-backed lending, chattel mortgages, leasing

Consumer: Personal loans, car finance, consumer goods finance

Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years experience in commercial lending and or asset finance or financial services
  • Strong relationship management and business development capability
  • Ability to manage both complex, structured deals and high-volume transactions.
  • Sound credit judgement and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Growth in commercial portfolio and introducer network
  • Consumer lending volume, conversion and pipeline management
  • Deal profitability and yield
  • Application turnaround times and operational efficiency
  • Customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business
