Role Overview
This role sits within a high performing distribution team, focused on managing and growing relationships with UHNW/HNW Asian investors across Australia and China. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and investors to drive capital raising and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Manage and grow relationships with UHNW/HNW Asian investors
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding (KYC/AML, CRM, documentation)
- Handle investor communications across multiple channels
- Support and attend marketing events, roadshows, and client meetings
- Liaise with referral partners, agents, and migration advisers
- Coordinate with internal teams on fund distribution and transactions
- Manage registry relationships and commission reconciliation
- Partner with compliance on regulatory requirements
- Min 5 years + experience managing HNW/UHNW client relationships
- Background in private banking, wealth management, or asset management
- Mandarin language skills
- Strong experience working with Asian investor clients
- Ability to manage client onboarding, compliance, and transaction processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Based in Sydney or willing to relocate
