Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business needs. You will deliver tailored banking solutions by collaborating with product and specialist teams, while identifying new-to-bank opportunities and expanding existing relationships to drive revenue growth, all while maintaining strong credit and risk management practices.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years + Relationship Management and Business Development experience within business banking
- You must have strong credit / transaction structuring and portfolio management experience
- You will be driven, motivated to be successful and good with building internal / external stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing diversified customer groups will be highly regarded
