Delighted to announce I've partnered with a global insurer to hire a Resilience Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build and shape the function, reporting to the CRO.
What you can expect:
- Build frameworks and procedures spanning crisis management, resilience, 3rd party risk, disaster recovery
- Lead the development of testing framework
- Assess service provider and supply chain risks
- Collaborate with the CRO, and local and global stakeholders
- A background in Business Continuity /4 years + (minimum in BCP)
- APRA experience with CPS 230 (essential)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think critically and problem solve.
