Role Overview This role sits within a specialist technology function and as a Salesforce Developer, you will take ownership of both development and platform capability, delivering high-quality solutions while partnering closely with internal teams and external providers. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys solving business problems through well-designed technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of exciting project and BAU initiatives
- Build and deliver enhancements across the Salesforce platform
- Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and platform support
- Analyse and improve workflows, automations, and system processes
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to support delivery outcomes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide guidance to wider teams
- Contribute to ongoing platform uplift and optimisation initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience within CRM environments, including at least 3 years working with Salesforce
- Strong exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Advanced technical capability across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience working within CI/CD frameworks
- Integration experience using REST APIs and OAuth authentication
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and limitations
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes autonomously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Exposure to a large-scale, enterprise Salesforce environment
