The customer is looking for someone with the following competence:
Cyber Resilience & Incident Management:
- Oversee day-to-day engagement with the outsourced Security Operation Centre (SOC)
- Support the management and coordination of information security incidents across the SOC, engineering, and technology operations teams, including investigation, containment, and resolution, and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks
- Provide practical guidance to engineering and technology operations teams on operational security requirements, ensuring controls are achievable and sustainable.
- Monitor and analyse emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively address potential security risks, and implement this knowledge in day-to-day operations.
