Job Description
This opportunity sits within a high-performing Business Services team where you’ll work across a quality portfolio of SMEs, groups, and high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
• Managing client relationships end-to-end
• Supervising and mentoring junior accountants
• Identifying advisory opportunities and assisting Partners with project work
• For Managers: workflow oversight, job allocation, and supporting Partner-level strategy
This role suits someone ready to step into leadership or continue growing in a supportive, structured environment.
Successful Applicant
You will ideally bring:
• 5–8+ years’ experience in public practice
• CA/CPA qualifications
• Strong technical grounding in compliance and client management
• Ability to review work, delegate, and mentor junior team members
• Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
• For Manager level: demonstrated supervision, review, and workflow management responsibilities
