Role Overview
As Senior Associate, you’ll manage a mix of complex migration matters, provide strategic legal advice, and act as a key contact for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage files across multiple visa categories
- Prepare applications, submissions and supporting documentation
- Advise clients on legislation, policy changes and case strategy
- Liaise with the Department and review bodies
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team capability
- Admitted Lawyer in Australia
- Strong migration law experience
- Confident managing complex matters autonomously
- Excellent drafting, advisory and stakeholder skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced practice
