Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A transactions and business sales from inception to completion
- Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
- Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
- Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience
- 6+ years’ post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law and/or banking & finance
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
- High-quality work without unnecessary bureaucracy
