Role Overview
As Senior Associate, you’ll deliver practical, commercial advice in a fast-evolving regulatory environment. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues on advisory, regulatory, and incident response matters, including cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support cyber incident and data breach responses, including pre-incident preparedness
  • Advise on cyber and privacy-related regulatory investigations and litigation
  • Provide guidance on emerging digital and technology regulation (online safety, platform regulation, AI governance, media & communications)
  • Manage matters and budgets effectively, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
Skills & Experience:
  • Admitted to practice in Australia
  • Strong experience in privacy, technology, and information security
  • Practical expertise in cyber matters, including incident response and cyber insurance
  • Sound knowledge of Australian privacy and digital regulation; cross-border exposure desirable
  • Excellent organisational, drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Collaborative and commercially minded
