A leading alternative investment firm specialising in private markets. The business provides institutional and wholesale investors with access to private equity, private credit, real assets and customised investment solutions. They manage diversified portfolios, design tailored strategies and partner closely with investors to deliver sustainable long‑term returns.
Primary Objectives:
- Execute marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
- Increase awareness of the firm among key investor audiences and ensure consistent, high‑quality representation of the brand across all channels.
The Senior Associate / VP Marketing supports the execution of marketing initiatives across all investment solutions, with a strong focus on client communications, presentations, digital marketing, campaigns, events, and content development. This role is central to enhancing the firm’s market presence and delivering professional, investor‑ready materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, webinars, and campaign analytics.
- Develop compliant marketing collateral such as investor presentations, fund flyers, videos, profiles, and other branded materials.
- Create and enhance client pitch books and investor presentations within tight timeframes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Advise internal stakeholders on design, formatting, layout, colour usage, and best‑practice output formats for print and digital.
- Facilitate the production and distribution of investor and adviser communications, newsletters, and EDMs.
- Manage conference sponsorships, event participation, and host firm‑led events.
- Partner with investment, product, and distribution teams to produce high‑quality content for both existing and prospective investors.
- Support new product launches across multiple funds through events, campaigns, and communication programs.
- Engage and manage third‑party service providers involved in marketing activities.
- Produce advanced design material including templates, covers, invitations, posters, and other branded assets.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and provide cross‑functional marketing support where required.
- 5–7+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in financial services or investment management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated expertise in desktop publishing, document formatting, and presentation production.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Website management experience and familiarity with Google Analytics.
