- Senior Business Analyst - Finance
- Must have extensive General Insurance + Finance / Billing experience
- 12-Month + Daily Rate – multi-year transformation program
- $1064 including Super p/d
- Work with a number of stakeholders to elicit, capture and document requirements
- Map current and future state processes across insurance products and service chains
- Confidently challenge assumptions and ask the right questions (taxes, GST, charters etc.)
- Identify, verify and address gaps in information provided by stakeholders, create impact assessments and gap analysis
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
- Conducting requirement workshops and document high and low level requirements and acceptance criteria’s
- 7+ years Business Analysis Experience and extensive experience working on finance transformation projects
- Deep General Insurance domain and project experience *Must Have*
- Finance background is sought after
- Clear communication skills and an ability to interact with Senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Inquisitive and curious mindset, with a proven ability to solve issues and lead from a Business Analysis perspective on a busy, highly visible program
