Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and brings:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Fin Services
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial and Residential Lending
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication — clear, respectful, and structured
- Experience performing high-level requirement assessments and delivering actionable insights
- This role is paying up to $150, 000 + Super and you will benefit from a hybrid work model — Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Sydney office, plus one day of your choice
