We are seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a Tier 1 bank in a senior, hands-on role supporting a large-scale enterprise data transformation within Non-Financial Risk. This position is responsible for analysing the impact of major data migration initiatives on NFR data, business processes, and regulatory reporting obligations.
You will work closely with NFR Subject Matter Experts, program delivery teams, central data functions, and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes align with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and business needs. This role requires strong analytical capability, deep data expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in a senior Business Analyst role, with strong exposure to large-scale data migration programs.
- Experience in Banking Products, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance (highly desirable).
- Previous experience working across large scale, complex data migration
- Exposure to Non-Financial Risk, risk management, or regulatory reporting is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to assess and articulate how data migration impacts workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
- Strong experience in data analysis, profiling, and data quality assessment.
- Supporting data mapping, transformation rules, validation logic, and reconciliation activities.
- Gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Mapping data changes to system functionality and regulatory reporting.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams
