We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where delivery, clarity, and collaboration are critical. You will work across multiple concurrent projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to define requirements clearly, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership capacity, providing guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts while supporting best practice, consistency, and high-quality outcomes across all initiatives.
Essential
- 7+ years’ experience working as a Senior Business Analyst, with strong experience in Financial Services and business/retail lending
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of the loan lifecycle (origination to settlement and post-settlement)
- Proven experience delivering across multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills at senior levels
- Proven experience mentoring junior Business Analysts in current or previous roles, helping to develop skills and drive team performance
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, and delivery management capabilities
Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM / lending platforms
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
