As a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will take ownership of a diversified, high-growth portfolio with a strong cashflow lending focus, partnering closely with clients to deliver tailored funding solutions that support their growth.
In this relationship-driven role, you’ll partner with specialist teams across financial markets, equipment finance, trade and invoice finance, and transactional banking to deliver tailored and sophisticated funding solutions. With dedicated one-on-one analytical and credit support, you’ll have the autonomy to grow your portfolio through strategic networking and the acquisition of new-to-bank customers within a well-established commercial banking platform that genuinely invests in its people.
The role:
- Manage, retain, and grow an existing client portfolio
- Build strong relationships and acquire new-to-bank customers
- Prepare, structure, and present credit proposals
- Experienced relationship manager with a strong commercial lending background
- Expertise in cashflow lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring
- Proven success in business development and new-to-bank acquisition
- Strong referral network and a relationship-driven approach
