As a Senior Business Banking Manager based in Sydney, you’ll actively manage and grow a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) customers - the lifeblood of the Australian economy.

This is a highly customer‑facing sales and service role. A typical day will see you applying a broad range of skills from proactive networking and relationship management to structuring deals, assessing credit and supporting your customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs.
What do you need?
- Minimum 4 - 8 years years experience
- Proven experience in business banking with solid lending knowledge
- Strong understanding of credit risk and compliance
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service
- Poven experience hitting kpi's and targets
- Demonstrated ability to build, deepen and maintain strong client relationships
- Confidence and capability in proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
