The Opportunity
- Own the end-to-end implementation of financial advice across superannuation, insurance, investments & SMSFs
- Act as a trusted escalation point for client queries, platforms, & insurer interactions
- Lead workflow improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, & service excellence
- Oversee preparation of SOAs, review packs, and tailored reporting for high-value clients
- Partner with advisers to deliver seamless, professional client experiences
- Mentor & support team members to build capability across the client services function
- 4+ years in client services or paraplanning within financial planning
- In-depth knowledge of platforms, products, and superannuation regulations
- Highly organised with the ability to manage complex client files with precision
- Leadership qualities—capable of guiding juniors & driving workflow efficiency
