Role Overview
This senior role leads client delivery and compliance across the advice process. You’ll partner with advisers, mentor junior staff, and drive workflow efficiency while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of financial advice
- Act as escalation point for client queries, platforms, and insurers
- Lead workflow improvements and ensure compliance
- Oversee SOA preparation, review packs, and client reporting
- Partner with advisers to deliver professional client outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and build capability
- Drive service excellence and operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of platforms, products, and super regulations
- 3+ years in client services within financial advice
- Highly organised with experience managing complex client files
- Leadership qualities and ability to guide junior staff
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset
