We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer from a DevOps/Platform background to join and own our Platform Automation, Infrastructure as Code & and Self-Service capabilities.
In this hands-on role, you’ll combine technical delivery with platform ownership, building & evolving reusable IaC modules, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
You’ll work closely with platform engineers, developers, security, and governance teams to enable self-service & policy-compliant infrastructure provisioning at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead platform direction including hands-on technical leadership for Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Be a Technical Leader for a squad of Engineers, uplifting skills in IaC within our Cloud Engineering Excellence initiative.
- Champion engineering & coding principles for IaC, ensuring Terraform codebases are maintainable, compliant, and production‑ready.
- Be the subject-matter leader for Terraform -based cloud infrastructure deployments, to deliver reliable, repeatable infrastructure at scale.
- Expert knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
- Previous experience with Enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- A background in Platform or DevOps Engineering within large, complex or Enterprise environments.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for automation and innovation.
