We’re seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Informatica (IDMC) to join a high-performing data engineering team supporting critical data platforms and transformation initiatives.
This role plays a key part in designing and delivering modern, enterprise-grade data integration solutions, with a strong focus on cloud migration, automation, and engineering excellence. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in Informatica IDMC, helping shape standards, improve platform capability, and drive innovation through an AI-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration, Data Quality, Metadata)
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Act as the Informatica SME , defining best practices, frameworks, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to support cloud modernisation and migration initiatives
- Engineer solutions with a focus on reliability, performance, security, and scalability
- Ensure adherence to internal standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Apply an AI-first mindset to automate development, testing, data mapping, orchestration, and documentation
- Expert-level experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC
- Proven experience building and supporting high-volume, time-critical data pipelines
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git / Bitbucket
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
