  • Must have wealth management experience
  • $180k-$210k inclusive of Super   + Bonus
Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in enhancing portfolio reporting, benefits realisation, resourcing, whilst providing data-driven insights to support strategy execution especially important as the business scales. Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio planning & prioritisation: Supporting the alignment of portfolio initiatives to strategy, managing intake, and applying prioritisation frameworks
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimise delivery practices, uplift capability, reporting, prioritisation, benefits realisation,
  • Performance management: Tracking benefits, outcomes, and KPIs/OKRs; providing insights through dashboards and reporting. Conducts analysis and scenario modelling to inform governance decision-making
  • Resource & capacity planning: Implement a new resource management tool / reporting
  • Methodology & tools: Assess tooling, what tools can be implemented to drive consistency and efficiency across the portfolio
  • Governance & assurance: Defining standards, facilitating governance forums, and ensuring compliance with delivery methodologies
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partnering with business units, delivery teams, and executives to provide visibility and enable informed decision-making.
   
Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a EPMO / PMO / Portfolio Analyst level within the Financial Services industry – must have
  • Wealth Management industry experiencemust have
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working on portfolio reporting, benefits realisation, portfolio / PMO resourcing
  • Experience uplifting Delivery Capabilities / Process improvement within a portfolio or PMO
  • Proven, high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for making a tangible difference
