Job Description You will oversee a portfolio of SME, HNW and multi-entity groups, ensuring high-quality compliance and advisory outcomes. You’ll lead and mentor a capable team, review work, drive workflow efficiency and collaborate directly with Partners on strategy and client engagements. Projects may include tax planning, restructuring, business performance, cashflow improvements and group structuring.
Successful Applicant
You will ideally have:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong grounding in Business Advisory or Tax Advisory within public practice
- Proven review experience and confidence managing complex client groups
- People leadership experience, with a coaching mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial thinking and appetite for advisory-led outcomes
- Salary $150K–$170K + super , depending on experience
