Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Manager to take ownership of a $800M+ client portfolio. This is a client-facing, strategic role focused on growth and relationship management — not day-to-day operations.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the medical sector
- Lead client onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee and review team outputs without micromanagement
- Act as strategic lead for client relationships and service delivery
- Contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong client relationship management and commercial acumen
- Proven track record in client growth and retention
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
- No prior experience in the medical sector required
