to take ownership of a $800M+ client book in the medical sector. This role is client-facing and growth-focused
, with full operational support behind you. You'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, bringing in new clients, and overseeing delivery — without being bogged down in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a significant book of high-value clients ($800M AUD)
- Lead client onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
- Oversee and review the work of team members (without day-to-day micromanagement)
- Act as the strategic lead for client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and value delivery
- Contribute to broader business development and long-term firm growth
- 10 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growth and retention
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
- No prior experience in the medical sector required
