As a result, they are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team and drive partner engagement, sales enablement and demand generation initiatives across the business.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll work closely with Sales and Partnerships to develop high-impact campaigns, content and events that strengthen broker relationships, support originations and enhance brand presence. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to business performance while working in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product guides, flyers, case studies, presentations and training resources.
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to identify opportunities to improve the customer and partner journey through effective marketing initiatives.
- Own the partner EDM and communication strategy, delivering targeted campaigns to broker and partner audiences.
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with key partners to drive awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Create ready-to-use marketing toolkits and assets that partners can deploy across their own customer networks.
- Plan and deliver broker events, partner functions, roundtables and industry activations.
- Manage end-to-end execution of partner-facing events and experiences.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results and provide insights to optimise future activity.
- Support broader brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all external marketing communications.
- 4 + years' experience in marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement or a related discipline.
- Experience within financial services, lending, banking, fintech or the broker market will be highly regarded.
- Strong capability developing sales collateral and marketing content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Experience delivering partner, broker or channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven success managing both digital and in-person events.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and email marketing platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across commercial teams.
