Role Overview
This is a newly created role for a Senior Performance & Reporting Analyst to join an Investment Operations team. This team plays a critical role in supporting investment operations, data management, and performance reporting for a suite of multi-manager portfolios.
Working closely with teams across investments, client services, and product, you’ll be responsible for managing performance and attribution reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to a range of stakeholders including platforms, research houses, and clients.
You’ll also support broader product and performance analysis activities, including annual PDS updates and RG97 regulatory calculations. This is a hands-on, data-focused role that offers strong exposure to investment reporting processes and product governance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of performance and flows data in collaboration with the Data & Systems Analyst
- Investigate and resolve data anomalies across reporting and analytics sets
- Validate datasets and ensure quality of investment reports and dashboards
- Produce daily, scheduled, and ad hoc performance and attribution reports
- Ensure reports comply with regulatory standards and internal controls
- Assist with design, testing, and implementation of new or updated reports
- Manage RG97 data collection and calculations across investment products
- Provide technical input for product and client servicing teams
- Participate in investment or product-related projects as required
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with data vendors and service providers
- Min 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of investment reporting production and maintenance
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, analytical, and confident working independently in a dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel skills
