The Senior Portfolio Manager focuses on sourcing, originating new business opportunities and managing key existing commercial property deals and connections.
Responsibilities:
Some of the key components of your role include:
- Source and secure new lending opportunities through established industry relationships
- Recommend high-quality service providers for lending requirements.
- Negotiate competitive terms, conditions, and pricing with borrowers
- Oversee loan submissions and manage the entire loan process from approval to settlement
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
You are an experienced professional who thrives on identifying and managing deals that enable developers and brokers to achieve their financial objectives. You bring:
- Strong networks within brokering and property developers
- Strong experience in commercial property development lending
- Strong acumen in relation to credit proposals, assessment and submissions in the commercial property segment
- 6 - 10 years experience in commercial property development lending
