Role Overview
This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing organisation during a period of exceptional growth. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of key Home Lending products, with a strong emphasis on product governance, regulatory compliance, obligations, risk management and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic product initiatives from inception through to delivery and implementation
- Drive product governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, internal policies and risk frameworks
- Maintain product documentation, governance artefacts and approval processes
- Partner with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to manage regulatory change and product obligations
- Balance customer outcomes, commercial objectives and regulatory requirements when making product decisions
- Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend strategic enhancements
- Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations and senior leadership teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives
- Operate effectively within a fast-paced, highly regulated and delivery-focused environment
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated Product Management experience within Banking / Financial Services – must have
- Proven experience managing product governance, regulatory obligations and risk frameworks – must have
- Legal qualifications or a background in law will be highly regarded
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer outcomes, risk and business priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong understanding of product governance, documentation and approval processes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments
