  • Prepare committee and board papers, progress updates and issue reporting
  • Work with committees to test assumptions, validate initiatives and support market testing where applicable
  • Provide flexible operational execution support across emerging advice priorities
  • Build scalable systems and processes that reduce reliance on senior leadership
  • This is hands-on, delivery-focused work. You will receive direction initially as systems and processes are refined, with the expectation that you quickly become autonomous, trusted and reliable in delivering bespoke projects and high-value initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management across advisers, executives, committees and vendors
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch
  • Self-starter who enjoys being hands-on
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational discipline
    What’s on Offer:
  • Newly created, high-visibility, growth role within a premium National Advice firm
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership, Board and adviser-led committees, reporting directly into the CEO this is an invaluable opportunity to learn from a highly respected and thoughtful leader who cares about the team and customers immensely
