Profusion is partnering with a well-renowned, market-leading wealth management organisation seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in ESG, Sustainable, and Responsible Investing .
Role Overview
As a key member of a high-performing team of quantitative developers and investment analysts, you’ll build scalable tools and models that support ESG and sustainable investment initiatives. Your work will directly influence front-office decision-making and portfolio construction.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Python development skills and experience with modern software engineering practices
- Deep understanding of ESG, sustainable finance, and responsible investment principles
- Proven ability to extract actionable insights from ESG and investment data to support front-office teams and strategic decision-making
- Exposure to front-office environments, ideally within equities, wealth management, or institutional investing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with investment data platforms or ESG data providers
- Familiarity with quantitative modelling or financial analytics tools
