Role Overview
This is a Senior Relationship Manager role within a Regional Commercial and Agribusiness team, based in Bendigo . You will partner with established agribusiness customers across Central Victoria and surrounding regions, supporting them through all stages of their business lifecycle.
You’ll manage an existing portfolio while actively growing new relationships, working closely with product specialists to deliver the right outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of agribusiness and regional commercial clients
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with family‑owned and enterprise agribusinesses
  • Drive new customer acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Assess credit, analyse cashflow and structure lending solutions
  • Visit customers on site and remain active in the local market
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored banking solutions
  • Support customers through changing market and seasonal conditions
   
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in agribusiness or regional commercial banking
  • Strong understanding of regional industries and agribusiness operations
  • Proven relationship management and business development capability
  • Confidence in credit assessment, cashflow analysis and deal structuring
  • Customer‑first mindset with a focus on sustainable portfolio growth
  • Strong local network, or the ability to build trusted referral partnerships
