Role Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of diversified industry clients, driving growth through acquisition, cross-selling, and referrals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client business and financial needs
- Provide tailored banking solutions
- Collaborate with product partners to structure deals
- Drive new-to-bank business and portfolio growth
- Manage credit risk and exercise credit approval discretion
- Coach and develop an Assistant Manager
Skills & Experience:
- Proven relationship management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking
- Expertise in credit assessment and portfolio management
- Ability to identify and deliver customer solutions
- Business development and networking skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
