Role Overview
As Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a specialist portfolio of legal, accounting, financial planning and consulting firms. Your focus is on acquiring new‑to‑bank customers, building a quality referral network, and delivering tailored banking solutions. You’ll work closely with internal specialists across wealth, financial markets, cashflow, and transactional banking.
   
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of professional services clients
  • Drive business development and new‑to‑bank customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong referral network
  • Conduct credit analysis and structure complex commercial lending deals
  • Partner with product specialists to deliver holistic solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support sustainable client growth
   
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager
  • Strong commercial lending capability, including cashflow lending
  • Skilled in credit analysis and complex deal structuring
  • Demonstrated success winning new‑to‑bank business
  • Strong people skills with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Established network of referral partners
