Role Overview
As Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a specialist portfolio of legal, accounting, financial planning and consulting firms. Your focus is on acquiring new‑to‑bank customers, building a quality referral network, and delivering tailored banking solutions. You’ll work closely with internal specialists across wealth, financial markets, cashflow, and transactional banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of professional services clients
- Drive business development and new‑to‑bank customer acquisition
- Build and maintain a strong referral network
- Conduct credit analysis and structure complex commercial lending deals
- Partner with product specialists to deliver holistic solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to support sustainable client growth
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager
- Strong commercial lending capability, including cashflow lending
- Skilled in credit analysis and complex deal structuring
- Demonstrated success winning new‑to‑bank business
- Strong people skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Established network of referral partners
