Senior SRE - Observability

Lead a major enterprise observability transformation.

Are you passionate about OpenTelemetry, modern observability, and platform engineering at scale? We're looking for a Senior SRE to drive the evolution of a large-scale observability ecosystem, helping move from legacy APM tooling to a cloud-native, automation-first future.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape monitoring standards, influence engineering practices, and help improve reliability across a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the migration from legacy application performance monitoring platforms to Elastic Observability.
  • Design and implement OpenTelemetry instrumentation standards and telemetry pipelines.
  • Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including SLI/SLO-driven monitoring and alerting.
  • Build automation across observability deployments using Infrastructure as Code, APIs, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and self-service capabilities through engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across observability and platform initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience with AppDynamics or similar enterprise APM platforms
  • Deep expertise in OpenTelemetry, instrumentation, and collector engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic Observability, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and ESQL
  • Strong automation skills across Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, scripting, and APIs
  • Solid understanding of SRE principles, operational excellence, and incident management
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Exposure to AI-driven engineering or Agentic AI technologies is highly regarded
  • Why Apply? You'll join a team that's investing heavily in modern engineering practices, automation, and cloud-native technologies.
This is your opportunity to influence observability strategy, work with cutting-edge tooling, and leave a lasting impact on how reliability is delivered across a large enterprise.

If you're an observability specialist who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and driving meaningful technical change, we'd love to hear from you.
