Tech & Engineering Culture:
- Backend: C# .NET Core
- Frontend: React (flexible if you’ve used other frameworks)
- Architecture: Microservices + Event-Driven systems
- Practices: TDD, BDD, SOLID principles

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and enhance customer-facing and critical internal platforms
- Own systems end-to-end; from design through to production
- Design and develop scalable microservices & event-driven solutions
- Tackle complex, real-world engineering challenges
- Drive technical initiatives and projects (hands-on leadership)
- Work across a diverse domain: APIs, credit systems, treasury, and more
- Gain exposure to data platforms, DevOps, and emerging AI initiatives
- Real ownership: You build it, you run it, you improve it
