- Solve complex technical problems and own systems end-to-end
- Lead projects or technical initiatives (strong technical depth > pure delivery leadership)
- Work across APIs, customer applications, credit systems, treasury and internal platforms
- Get exposure to data platforms, DevOps, and AI initiatives
