Company Overview
Profusion is working with a prestigious global financial services client who are seeking a motivated graduate to become a IT Service Desk Analyst who will join their high performing and close-knit team.
Role Overview
In this role you'll receive full training to provide Level 1 support covering first point of contact support for the internal business in an ITIL framework.
You will provide excellent customer service in resetting passwords, troubleshooting incidents, perform new employee set ups and more.
This will include but not limited to:
- End-user support
- Prioritising and triaging urgent tickets
- IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- Liaising with business stakeholders
You will be a sharp and enthusiastic self-starter, outstanding communicator with ambitions to grow and learn in the Infrastructure technology space.
The following skills and experience are required to be considered for this position:
- Recent Master's Degree in Technology
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems.
- An outstanding customer service focus (eg from retail or hospitality background)
- ITIL knowledge (desired).
- Service Now ticketing system knowledge (desired).
- Microsoft Office 365 (migration, support and management) desired
- Sound ability to quickly identify and diagnose errors and resolve these logically in a short time frame.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
