Snr Test Manager - $180,000+Super+Bonus - Payments
Our client is hiring a Senior Test Engineering Manager to lead QA strategy across a major financial services organisation’s Payments platform.
The role:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple delivery squads
- Define and enforce quality standards across functional and non-functional testing
- Own and evolve the test automation strategy using tools like FinSim and EFTSim
- Oversee test governance, environment management, and test data practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align QA deliverables with release plans
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and dashboarding
- Upskill the QA team in modern tools and automation practices
- Strong leadership experience in QA within the payments domain
- Hands-on knowledge of automated and manual testing in CI/CD environments
- Proven experience with automation tools (FinSim, EFTSim preferred)
- Skilled in managing test environments, dependencies, and escalations
- Excellent stakeholder communication and governance experience.
