Role Overview
Acting as a key technical specialist, you’ll design, build and optimise automation solutions that transform business processes and drive efficiency across the organisation.
- Design and develop automation solutions using Python, UiPath and Power Platform
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Support testing, deployment, and optimisation of automation initiatives
- Monitor solution performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability of automated workflows
- Proven experience in automation, engineering or similar technical role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, UiPath, Power Automate and/or Power Apps
- Experience delivering automation or workflow solutions end-to-end
- Ability to convert requirements into practical technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Work on high-impact, enterprise-wide automation initiatives
