Test Manager | Sydney | $165k Package | Permanent
We’re seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead enterprise-scale testing across major programs, driving quality, governance, and automation uplift while coaching and supporting a talented team.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver end-to-end test strategies across large-scale projects
- Lead, mentor and empower Test Leads & Analysts
- Drive test governance, automation, and best practice frameworks
- Partner with senior stakeholders, business units and vendors to deliver at pace
- Oversee execution of functional, non-functional and regression testing
- 5 years of Test Management experience in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Financial services or insurance industry background (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management & automation
- ISTQB/Agile certifications (mandatory/desirable as outlined)
