This role sits within a high performing Transformation team supporting a leading Wealth Management and Private Banking business. Reporting into a highly regarded leader, this opportunity would suit a high calibre Business Analyst or Financial Advice professional on the upwards trajectory of their career looking to build deep expertise within financial advice technology, systems and processes and transformation.
You will work closely with advisers, bankers, client service teams, technology and risk stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities to improve the advice lifecycle through technology, automation and smarter use of data.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end financial advice lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to financial plan implementation
- Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that enable better delivery of financial advice
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across advice platforms, including emerging technologies such as AI
- Facilitate workshops with advisers, bankers and key business stakeholders to capture requirements and identify improvement opportunities
- Map current and future state processes across advice platforms, systems and operational workflows
- Assess existing tools and processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate manual tasks and enhance the adviser and client experience
- Partner closely with technology teams, risk and business stakeholders to deliver practical and scalable improvements
- Experience working within Wealth Management or Financial Advice – must have
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process and advice delivery lifecycle
- Experience working with financial advice software
- Experience delivering business improvement, technology implementation or transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks governing financial advice
- Ability to facilitate workshops, capture requirements and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and advisers
- Inquisitive mindset with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- RG146 qualification would be highly regarded
- Exposure to AI technologies would be advantageous
