- Work to deliver target state solution designs, encompassing both customer and business needs
- Conduct analysis to fully understand business issues and generate insights and solutions that can be delivered in an Agile manner
- Conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders including C Suite
- Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder engagement activities
- Develop PowerPoint materials to support change communication and reporting
- Operate effectively in dynamic environments, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and apply commercial acumen
- 2-10+years’ experience working as a management consultant on financial services clients / projects – must have
- Experience providing data driven insights and being able to present these insights
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Enterprise Agile and Lean experience
- Experience with operating model design
- Ability to think on your feet and present to Senior stakeholders and Executives
- Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
